What was different about your experience than doing the interview in person? How would you suggest that others prepare for the Video Interview?

The past couple of weeks I have written about how corporate roles have changed and how we all must prepare ourselves for this new corporate world. Today, I want to discuss the topic of personal branding.
This past week, I wrote a blog on how different corporate roles are today than they were for our parents.
