This tutorial is designed to give you an overview on updating your online profile, accessing resources & other members, registering for events, as well as navigating the McDermott & Bull website. As a Premium Member of the McDermott & Bull Executive Network, you have the ability to keep your profile contiuously updated which will help facilitate introductions and connections between you and the other members.
Created in 2002 by McDermott & Bull Executive Search, the Executive Network is dedicated to providing valuable resources for senior level executives and creating opportunities to build networking relationships, both in person and within our online community. We are committed to enhancing the career development of executives who are employed and in transition, through our qualified network that supports meaningful relationships dedicated to the sharing of knowledge, best practices and business opportunities.
These transitional networking meetings occur 1-2 times monthly in each region and consist of 6-8 Executive Network members. The purpose of these meetings are to share contacts, job leads, career and networking advice as well as the best practices in job search today. This roundtable is HR specific and we encourage members to attend any and all meetings they feel would be beneficial in helping them achieve their objectives.

This roundtable is Marketing specific and we encourage members to attend any and all meetings they feel would be beneficial in helping them achieve their objectives.
Mixer events are an excellent way for members to make targeted connections. With between 60 and 80 people in attendance, our "structured" networking technique provides members with valuable contacts and beneficial relationships. Throughout the evening, members participate in 3-4 rounds of networking, and have the opportunity to interact with at least 12 other senior level executives. Additionally, most mixers begin with a 5-10 minute presentation and or keynote speaker in order to enhance your networking experience. Our mixers are open to both in-transition and working members.
The purpose of the this program is to provide our members with a forum to get frequent coaching and job search assistance. The agenda of this call is driven by YOU! Call in with your job search questions and get immediate advice from a career coach and your peers. Sometimes just a little tweak in your search makes a big difference!
