Biff joined AccentCare in 2002 as Chairman, CEO & President. He is a veteran healthcare executive with experience in hospital management, where he was CEO of for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare systems. He also has experience in the Workers' Compensation area, where he was COO of Concentra, a $1 billion company. Prior to that, he founded and was CEO and President of Premier Practice Management, a physician practice management company. Biff holds an MBA from the University of Miami, Florida, a BS Degree in Business from Villanova University, and is a graduate of the Duke Endowment program in Hospital Administration.

RYON HARMS
Ryon is an innovative marketing executive with a proven track record of implementing proactive, social media-driven, high-ROI marketing and communications. He founded "The Pacific Executive Network", a senior executive network driven by a popular personal branding and networking technology blog as well as a community wiki for job seekers. He has also conceived and built the architecture for a massive social network that gives individual investors the ability to crowd-source investment ideas and has created a unique CRM system designed specifically for investor relations professionals that includes market feeds, press release automation and perception analysis.

BRUCE ALLEN
Bruce is the senior business development manager at Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP, the leading California business and real estate law firm. He is responsible for driving the firm's client team effort and business referral program with law firms and service providers. His background includes building brand strategies resulting in revenue and market share growth in the professional services marketplace with firms including Rutan & Tucker, LLP and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Bruce received his MBA and BA Degree in Business Administration from National University in San Diego.

MICHELLE PICKERING
Michelle is currently the Director of the McDermott & Bull Executive Network, responsible for day-to-day program implementation, business development, and strategic planning as well as scaling the program into new geographical markets to reflect the growth of the firm. Prior to joining McDermott & Bull, she worked as the Director of Operations for USA Water Polo, Inc., where she led all aspects of enterprise operations for the national and Olympic teams including development of membership programs, new marketing initiatives, branding, capital campaign management and strategic planning which transformed the program operating at a net loss into a fully funded and functional operation. Michelle graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with her BA degree.
