Hal has been a CEO of a number of companies and has hired executives, managers, and non-managers in functions throughout companies. Additionally, Hal runs the Saddleback Church Career Coaching and Counseling Ministry, which meets every Monday evening and coaches between 300 and 500 people per evening on job search techniques as well as ways to enhance their career if they are currently employed. The program has served over 2,000 people since its inception in 2003.

Rosemary currently oversees the student services/outreach in the Career Center at the OEC campus. She is a former Rapid Response Coordinator for Federal and State funded programs such as Workforce Investment Act and Job Training Partnership Act. She has presented workshops on Resume and Cover Letter Preparation, Interviewing Techniques, as well as the utilization of different job search tools and techniques to land a job. She currently organizes two major job fairs for the OEC campus - one offered in April and one in October.
