Position is located in San Diego, California.

The Vice President of Human Resources Service Delivery will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing a worldwide, standardized human resources service platform including the management of all outsourced human resources programs. Candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of global, broad-based human resources experience managing outsourced programs, human resources information systems, and operations in consulting or sophisticated, large-scale corporate environments. An undergraduate degree in human resources or a related field is required, an advanced degree is preferred.
