Our client, L-3 Communications Electron Technologies, Inc., located in Torrance, CA, is a division of L-3 Communications Corporation, a growing Fortune 500 merchant supplier of a broad array of high technology products to aerospace prime contractors as well as defense and government customers. Due to an upcoming retirement, L-3 ETI has an exciting opportunity available for the right candidate to become the Director of their Government Traveling Wave Tube Amplifiers (TWTA) Program Management team responsible for ensuring that high-quality TWTA products are developed and delivered to their Government customers.
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to utilize their extensive program management background on technically-complex hardware programs. He or she will apply their expertise and knowledge on the space component business or RF products.
L-3 is looking for that one individual who has a passion to make the most of their well-developed communication skills in order to effectively interact with multiple customers, senior management and internal groups, and to lead, coach, and manage this talented Government program management team.
