First impressions are made immediately, so having favor is the eyes of the team is a crucial factor to success. Authenticity and a desire to get to know the team will lend to establishing a foundation of trust and will enable people to get to know your style and commitment to excellence within the team. A company’s commitment to onboarding is important both for the company and for the executive and should not be overlooked but should be considered a key to success.
