Never Search Alone, Introducing Transition Teams
Posted by Ryon HarmsWe recently announced the launch of our most exciting project to date - Transition Teams. Transition Teams are comprised of five executives in transition that will keep each other on track, accountable and on the path to success.
Here are the top 3 benefits of joining a Transition Team:
- Shorten your time in transition working alongside peers committed to your success.
- We provide a volunteer Executive Coach that gets your team started off on the right foot.
- Get clarity on your career goals and share them with peers that keep you accountable.
Here are some basics on the process:
- Teams can either be created by you, or formed from fellow executives in transition participating in the McDermott & Bull Executive Network.
- Transition Teams are initially led by an approved volunteer core of executive coaches that lay down the groundwork for successful teamwork and open, candid conversations.
- After three sessions, Executive Coaches and MBEN staff are available to answer questions and clarify the ground rules for success.
- The McDermott & Bull Executive Network will provide you with an online portal and video conferencing software to keep your team working in sync.
Participating in a Transition Team requires a significant personal commitment that we believe will give you an enormous advantage on your job search. In fact, we believe joining a Transition Team could mean the difference between finding work months sooner. Best of all, as an Executive Member, you can join a Transition Team at no additional charge.
